Cancellation Policy

1. No subscriptions to cancel

FreeScreenRecording does not currently offer any recurring subscriptions. The AI Summary feature is a single, one-time paid unlock — there is no ongoing plan, membership, or recurring charge to cancel.

2. Cancelling before a payment completes

If you start the checkout process for the AI Summary unlock and close the payment window, decline the payment, or otherwise don't complete it, you will not be charged and there is nothing further to cancel.

3. After a payment has completed

Once a payment for the AI Summary unlock is successfully completed, it cannot be "cancelled" in the traditional sense, since it is an instant, one-time digital unlock rather than an order that ships or a subscription that renews. If something went wrong with the purchase, see our Refund Policy for when a refund is available.

4. Account deletion

If you created an optional free account to save recordings across devices, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. This does not entitle you to a refund of any past AI Summary purchase.
